Our main heroes are moms and dads in the big city: they juggle work, home, and childcare, live with chronic lack of sleep, and are tired of endlessly choosing between “overpriced premium” and “promotion-based roulette.”
We listened carefully to parents’ feedback and saw the same set of complaints repeated again and again: night leaks and a wet back, clumping absorbent material, marks from elastic bands, strong odor, and inconsistent quality from batch to batch. This is where our focus was born: a diaper should be an invisible helper — soft, reliable, and consistent, so that mom can finally breathe out.
